The Hearach Whiskey in the Park

The Hearach is the first-ever single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Harris Distillery in Tarbert, in the Outer Hebrides. Made with 100% Scottish Concerto barley lightly peated to 12-15ppm and matured for at least five years across first-fill bourbon, oloroso sherry, and Fino sherry casks, it is bottled at 46% ABV with no added colour and without chill-filtration. The character is gently smoky and coastal, with wildflower, toasted malt, and honeysuckle aromas leading to leather, meringue, and ginger.
