Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of alcohol products and applicable state and federal regulations, all sales of wine and spirits are generally final. We accept returns or issue refunds only in the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is defective or spoiled upon arrival
To be eligible, items must be unopened and in their original packaging (except in cases of damage or defect). You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report an issue.
How to Request a Return Contact us at stephan1s09a@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
State Law Restrictions Returns and refunds are subject to applicable state and local laws governing the sale and return of alcohol. Certain states may prohibit returns entirely. If your order cannot be returned due to state regulations, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at stephan1s09a@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on opened bottles, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at stephan1s09a@gmail.com.
