The Mellow Corn family is an authentic American Corn spirit that is rarely seen. As a corn sprit, it must be at least 81% corn grain in the mash bill and can be aged in new uncharred or used charred barrels. The rest of the mash bill is malted barley and rye. Mellow Corn family includes bourbon and whisky. The family of drinks is easily enjoyed in celebration of a special occasion with friends or can be simply sipped as an everyday cocktail. For an easy recipe, simply combine one part of Mellow with two parts of a simple mixer over ice in your glass. Add a garnish to your rim if you so choose.
