A highly limited, premium release from independent bottler Proof & Wood with only 400 cases produced. Distilled in Indiana (MGP) from the Fall 2014 season and aged for a full 11 years, this expression is the very first Bottled in Bond bourbon in the Tumblin’ Dice lineup. Because it features an unusually high-corn mash bill of 99% corn and 1% malted barley, it trades the heavy rye spice of standard releases for a softer, sweeter foundation that perfectly balances over a decade of rich oak maturation.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Pronounced sweet corn, rich caramel, vanilla bean, and deep, aged oak with hints of leather.
Palate: Warm brown sugar, toasted oak, baking spices, nougat, and a touch of roasted nuts.
Finish: Long and structured, maintaining a delicate balance between dry barrel char and lingering sweetness.
