Our Four Grain Bourbon story starts with two Colorado family farms where high quality corn and heirloom varietals of wheat, barley and rye are grown. Those grains find their expression during our labor-intensive cooking technique, bringing each grain’s individual character to life, while open-air sour mash adds soulful complexity. Aromas: Orange blossoms compliment notes of black tea, honey and dusty pepper

Flavors: Pekoe tea, orange peel, cinnamon and vanilla custard. Hints of sweet tobacco and spice lead to a rich, dry finish.
